Delivery service
We currently offer two delivery services:
- Create an account online and place orders anytime
- Receive "Order Confirmation" notification email (within 20 minutes)
- By Pick up the "order" at the store

- Receive "delivery arrangement" notification email (within 1-2 working days)
- Delivery to your door (3 to 5 working days)
Notice:
1. Online orders can only be exchanged for designated products in stock at branches and cannot be exchanged for physical gift certificates.
2. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded.
3. Please present your order at the designated branch within the redemption period to redeem the products. Overdue items will be invalid and will disappear from your account. The amount paid is non-refundable.
4. This service is subject to the terms and conditions of this website.
5. If the pickup or delivery day encounters typhoon signal No. 8 or above + black rainstorm. It is not possible to pick up the goods on the same day and no delivery will be arranged. Order processing will be postponed to the day after a typhoon or heavy rain.
6. Payments made are non-refundable and cannot be converted into shopping credits to purchase other products!
